Location
Porto Heli on the Peninsular Peloponnese is within 2.5 hours driving distance from the international airport of Athens (about 195 km).
It belongs together with the villages Kilada, Fourni, Thermissia, Rado, Ermioni and Didima to the wine and olive town of Kranidi in Argolida/Ermionida.
Porto Heli has become a refuge to the Greek and international jet set, yet still preserves the tranquility of a natural harbor.
A special interest lies now in the fishing village Kilada at a distance of 6 km from Porto Heli center, especially because of the planned golf course project designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The Lakkes region is located on the edge of Porto Heli and only about 1.5 KM away from the planned new golf resort.
Lakkes has been in recent years almost a "sleeping beauty" and the beaches and bays located there are even during the high season not over crowded and nearly empty.
For insiders the Lakkes region is already known as "coming area". Not only because of the international golf course nearby, but also for its quiet, yet fast connection to the somewhat lively Porto Heli and Kilada and of course to Kranidi, which very special charm only outside the classical season comes to light.
